In the opening of ABC’s “Extreme Weight Loss,” 11-year-old Tyler tells his father that he wants to have fun with him at Sky High Sports. Jayce Hein, a Nashville singer/song writer, is heartbroken because at more than 400 pounds, he’s simply too overweight to play with his boy.
After losing more than 200 pounds, Jayce celebrated his new, healthy and active lifestyle with Tyler. Click on the photo to view The Tennessean’s feature and video.
“Sky High Sports, with locations in Niles and Naperville, is the best of the new trampoline arenas. Each jumping pit consists of a grid of trampolines connected by a springy, cushioned frame system. For safety, the trampolines partially climb the walls (so there’s no edge) and court supervisors keep rowdies in line. Book ahead online, especially for the popular weekend days.”

Bounce Sky High: If the kids are bouncing off the walls, and you’d rather they weren’t using your walls, take them to Sky High Sports, 2244 Corporate Lane, Naperville.
It features 50,000 square feet of trampoline fun. The location features a large main “court” filled with trampolines; a two-lane foam pit with a rope swing; two basketball “lanes,” featuring a row of trampolines leading to the basket; a 6-and-under kids court available on busy days and weekends, and one of the largest dodgeball courts around.
